Purchases made through Lipcara.com can be returned via mail.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• Returns sent by mail may take up to 2 weeks to process.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
• Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
